In the rare case that we cannot find a solution to your problem or if certain parts and components required have been discontinued halting repair to your system, you will not be charged.
If, however, your laptop or PC has been successfully repaired and has been accepted as having been repaired, but in due course develops a fault (whether similar in nature or different) the initial repair charge will still be payable.
